In 1997, our founders established a production facility dedicated to one principle: that the quality of a floor should never be a compromise. Since then, engineered hardwood manufactured at AMUER's China factory has been installed in homes, hotels, and commercial spaces across 60+ countries — built to the standards that our clients and their customers deserve.

AMUER establishes its first production facility in China dedicated entirely to engineered hardwood flooring. Initial capacity: 2 production lines, 40 workers, focused on European oak in standard plank format.

AMUER ships its first container-load order to a European distributor — the beginning of a supply relationship that grows to cover 20+ countries over the following decade. CE certification obtained for EU market access.

Dedicated pattern-cutting machinery installed for herringbone and chevron production. AMUER becomes one of the first Chinese manufacturers to produce jumbo-scale herringbone boards at commercial volumes.

AMUER obtains FSC chain-of-custody certification — enabling clients to specify FSC-certified engineered hardwood for green-procurement projects. CARB Phase 2 certification obtained for the US market.

Factory expansion completed, bringing the production floor to 50,000 m² and workforce to approximately 300 workers. New automated finishing lines installed for UV oil and hardwax oil finishes. ISO 9001:2015 certification obtained.

AMUER opens its European production facility in Serbia, complementing the China factory with a 35,000 m² site focused on FSC-certified European oak. AMUER becomes a true dual-factory supplier for the global market.

All incoming timber is inspected on receipt for species verification, moisture content (target 6–9%), and grade. Only approved material enters the production line. Certified by FSC chain-of-custody for oak supply.

German and Japanese CNC equipment machines all boards to ±0.1mm dimensional tolerance. Tongue-and-groove and click profiles are cut in a single pass for consistent fit. Custom dimensions are machined to client specification without additional tooling cost at standard volumes.

OEM and private-label clients specify every aspect of their product — species, dimensions, finish, stain colour, and packaging. AMUER manufactures to your brief and supplies under your brand. NDA signed on request. Minimum order from 200 m².
All AMUER China factory products carry CE marking (EN 13489), CARB Phase 2 compliance, FSC chain-of-custody, and ISO 9001:2015. These certifications are included as standard — no additional cost for buyers who need them for EU or US market access.
