Pre-Production Sample
A physical sample is dispatched for your approval — typically within 5–10 days. Covers colour, texture, dimension, and finish. No production begins without written sign-off.
Review & Approve Sample
Review the sample against your specification. Approved in writing → production is scheduled. Adjustments requested → revised sample dispatched before production commitment.
Production & Inspection
Manufactured at our China (50,000 m²) or Serbia (35,000 m²) facility. Five inspection stages including pre-shipment audit. Third-party inspection on request.
Dispatch
Full documentation package dispatched with shipment: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, CE certificate, FSC certificate, CARB letter, and test reports.
Finalize & Sign Off
Approve the final scheme, verify measurements, and sign the confirmation order.

European Oak · White Oak · Walnut · Ash · Hickory · Maple. Core: birch plywood, HDF, or solid lamellas. Wear layer: 2–6mm solid hardwood veneer.
Surface Finish & Texture
7 surface textures: Smooth, Distressed, Hand Scraped, Wire Brushed, Saw Mark, Deep Brushed, Wave, Bandsawn Edge. 4 finish types: UV Lacquer, UV Oil, Hardwax Oil, Raw.
Dimensions & Format
Width 90–300mm. Length up to 2,400mm. Thickness 10–20mm. 5 laying patterns: Plank, Herringbone, Chevron, Parquet, XL Format. Custom dimensions available.

Get Installation Drawings
Accurate to Full Production
Samples dispatched from the same batch and specification as full production. Colour, texture, finish sheen, and dimensional tolerance on the sample exactly match what you will receive at full order.
Understanding coding
Pre-Production Approval
For OEM and custom orders, a pre-production sample is manufactured and approved before any production run begins. This sample is the binding reference for production quality and colour matching.
Remote guidance
Technical Specification Support
Our technical team advises on species selection, finish suitability for specific use cases (underfloor heating, kitchen, commercial), wear layer choice, and installation method. Available by email or video call.
