Sample Approval & Sign-Off
Physical samples dispatched within 5–10 days. You review and approve against your specification. No production begins without written sample sign-off.
Order Confirmation
Formal order confirmation issued with full specification, pricing, lead time, and payment terms. Production begins on deposit receipt.
Production
Your order is manufactured at our Serbia facility to the approved specification. Production updates provided at key milestones.

Every Tone, Every Grade — Produced in Europe.
AMUER Serbia produces European in three primary colour treatments and three wood grades — covering the full range of contemporary European interior specifications.
Natural Oak
Warm amber tone with natural grain variation — open knots, mineral streaks, and colour differences between boards. The most characterful and most popular grade for farmhouse, Provençal, and transitional European interiors. Available in smooth, distressed, and hand-scraped surface textures.
Smoked Oak
Ammonia-fumed or reactive-stained oak in warm grey-brown tones — a depth of colour that surface staining cannot replicate. The high tannin content of European oak responds exceptionally to fuming, producing natural variation between boards. The leading specification in contemporary German, Dutch, and Scandinavian interiors.
White-Oiled Oak
Select-grade European oak with a white or natural oil treatment — pale tone, tight grain, minimal character variation. The preferred specification for minimalist, Scandi, and coastal interior projects. Wire-brushed surface texture is most commonly paired with this finish from our Serbia range.
