How does a flooring sample become a production-ready product?

We start by analyzing the color, wood grade, surface texture, gloss level and dimensions. After trial sampling and customer approval, the confirmed sample becomes our production reference.

Throughout manufacturing, we control each process and compare finished boards against the approved standard—checking dimensions, moisture content, color consistency and joint accuracy before packing.
